Tamkeen Technologies assigned an agreement with TasHeel Holding Group, to start the acquisition process of Advance Shining Gulf SolexPlus, one of TasHeel Holding Group's companies. This acquisition aligns with Tamkeen’s strategic vision to enhance its market position and expand its service offerings within the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector.

The acquisition agreement will enable Tamkeen Technologies to broaden its capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and create new opportunities for its current and potential clients. Also, SolexPlus has built a strong presence in the market, and its integration will allow Tamkeen Technologies to deliver even greater value in improving digital services for call centers.
