1.	Carries out various activities related to such areas as shipping and receiving, materials handling, warehousing and inventory control, and/or property management, as appropriate to the position.	•	
2.	Operates various items of equipment as appropriate for routine site maintenance, removal, or repair activities.	•	
3.	Coordinate with Finance to manage petty cash / budget in order avoid any disruption of services.	•	
4.	Arrange all hospitality procedures 	•	
5.	Maintains various supplies as appropriate to the needs of the department	•	
6.	Perform any other duties as required by the line manager. 	•	
7.	Assist in coordinating office facilities, including workspace allocation, office layout changes, and maintenance requests.	•	
8.	Monitor office supplies inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed, ensuring availability of essential items for day-to-day operations.	•

Provide best practices in managing general services, supplies, security, follow up any procedures, and other support services.
